The Pumphouse
Bentonville's former municipal pump station, a 1950s-era building with space-age angles and exposed water piping, adaptively reused by Blue Crane for Airship Coffee. The mid-century industrial character remains — original masonry, visible infrastructure — while being fully renovated for modern food and beverage use. The main level includes counter seating, a dining room, retail, and an outdoor deck with overflow seating on an adjacent patio. The lower level houses a combined bike-service and beverage bar with a separate lounge, built around the building's original water infrastructure. Located within biking and walking distance of the Bentonville square, connecting to the Slaughter Pen trail system via the new Zeppelin trail.
