Michelin-star-trained Executive Chef Neal Gray prepares unforgettable meals with an emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients and highly personalized service. The vaulted ceiling — originally designed to project a preacher's voice before amplification — remains the defining feature of the dining room, anchored by a large oak tree trunk incorporated during original construction.
