The world's first bikeable building. A public switchback ramp zigzags up the eastern facade of this 230,000 SF, six-story mixed-use office building at under 5% incline, connecting street level to a rooftop terrace with views of downtown Bentonville. Developed and completed in 2022, two blocks south of the square. Inside: private offices, shared coworking, bookable meeting and event space, and ground-floor retail with leasable tenant space. Outside: the promise that you can ride all the way to the top.
